Volgograd region develops bilateral cooperation with Turkey

Representatives of the Volgograd region enterprises discussed the possibility of participation of the region’s business delegation in the Russian-Turkish business missions. On the eve of a working meeting with the association “Russian-Turkish dialogue” in videoconferencing mode.

According to the press service of the Committee for Economic Policy and Development of the Volgograd region, the association representatives spoke in detail about possible forms of cooperation in search of Turkish partners and effective tools for product promotion on the marketplace. Volgograd experts also shared their experience in organizing bilateral Russian-Turkish events in Russian regions and expressed their readiness to provide consulting and information support to the enterprises concerned, organize business missions, round tables, forums, involving Turkish business. The event was held thanks to the active participation of the region in the national project “International Cooperation and Export”.

It is worth adding that the results of 11 months of 2022, Turkey took first place for the volume of mutual trade in the ranking of 114 countries – foreign trade partners of the Volgograd region. Over the year the trade turnover with Turkey has increased by 8%.
